It's day 8 of the 28 Day Boost.

The progress I'm seeing in the check ins is so awesome.

It's all coming from the practice you're doing. 

The practice of the 6 Step Process:
- Decide what you want and own it
- Set a plan
- Train your brain
- Allow your feelings
- Show up to your plan
- Evaluate and Celebrate

During this 28 Day Boost I've made it super simple for you.
I've given you the daily practice of:
- Plan
- Record
- Thought Work
- Feeling Work

The purpose of practicing these 4 steps is so when you get to goal weight (and you will) you will have confidence that this time really is different and you will maintain. 

So keep up your practice. No matter how many times you fall down, get back up and carry on.

Your future self wants you to.

If you feel like you've failed or it's not going well, look at your daily practice, is there any of the 4 that might help you today? Hint -  all of it will help you, keep practicing.

For anyone who is not feeling motivated and on fire - here's a little note for you:

It's ok.

It's ok if you don't feel motivated.

It's ok if you're not feeling driven to realise your goals today.

You can still keep going.

You can still set a plan and show up to it. 

Instead of believing you shouldn't feel slow or low, then judging yourself and beating yourself down with negative self talk. 

Be gentle, accept where you are, how you're feeling, and keep going. 

You can do this.

You want to do this.

Your future self will be so thankful that you did keep doing this. 

Set yourself a realistic plan, and show up to it my friend.

 

 

This Week:

Evaluate and Celebrate: It's Step 6 of our Simple 6 Step Process and needs to be completed regularly.

This week we're in week 2 of the 28 Day Boost. 

In our Group Coaching Calls we'll be focusing on Step 2 - Set a plan. We'll look at 4 important plans for you to have, plans that you set and follow, that will get you to your goal weight, and I'll coach everyone who wants to get coached. 
On these calls it's totally optional for you to have your camera on or off. And of course, totally optional for you to put your hand up for coaching too.

Tribie Spotlight: Primas

Gosh this week there's so many Prima's I want to celebrate. There's so many individual wins to celebrate and you are all amazing and doing incredibly.

I hope I don't leave anyone out (this is just the celebration for the week that has been).

Michelle, Marion, Christine, Dorothy, Nina, Sally-Ann, Sally, Lucy, Jo, Joanna, Gwyneth...
These women have had a fantastic week this past week, setting themselves new goals, showing up to them, checking in daily... I want to shine the spotlight on all of you.

I do want to make a special mention for Prima Sally-Ann who walked 147km in 5 days with her sister from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela. A massive well done Sally-Ann on your incredible pilgrimage.  

Well done Prima's, you are incredible individuals who are shining so bright.
