How to use this 28 Day Boost 

This 28 Day Boost has everything you need to make progress and big change.

✅ 28 Day Boost Planner - This planner has been designed to help you make the most of the 28 Days. If the only thing you do this Boost is follow along with this planner you will make radical progress. You can download the planner below. Don't skip ahead though, keep reading how to use this Boost.

✅ Daily Check Ins - The daily check ins in the Backstage area here and the Facebook Group here have proven to be such a supportive piece of success in the Fast Mama Tribe. They provide accountability and connection and will certainly help you make as much progress as you can.

✅ Group Coaching Calls -  You have access to 4 coaching calls each week in the Fast Mama Tribe, plus the replays. Show up to as many calls as you can make or catch the replay. Commit to at least watching one call a week. If you ever feel lost, stuck or just like you're not making progress come to a coaching call, take a deep breath of courage if you need, and put your hand up for coaching. 

 

28 Day Boost Planner

This planner will guide you through the practices required for permanent change. The practices required to help you lose weight and keep it off.
