Howdy Tribies! 

We're coming into our final week of this '30 Days' and it's got me thinking about how where we're at doesn't actually matter. 

Yes, it's great to track the days and can be really helpful, and also as we transition to a new way of living, the days roll into weeks and weeks roll into months and we lose count.

Neither is right or wrong, it's just whatever works for you.  

Today I want to share with you my past 3 months weight graph and highlight what I focus on.

I want you to pause and notice your thoughts while looking at this graph. 
What does your brain offer?
How are you interpreting this graph?

Now I'll highlight what I look and focus on: 

The trend of the highs and...

The trend of the lows. 

I never look at Fridays weight vs Mondays weight. 

I never compare my lows to my highs and say it's not working. 

I compare Monday with Monday. 

Saturday with Saturday. 

Wednesday with Wednesday. 

These are my rhythms and they're how I want to live my life. 

And they weren't always this rhythm. 

They have changed over time. 

When I first lost weight my downs were much steeper. 

My ups were much steeper too! 

Through practice I've been able to steady them (it looks a lot steadier on my wider graph). 

So my message for you today is to practice looking at things from a different angle this week. 

Had 15 mins of off plan eating... How about "I was on plan for 23 hours and 45 minutes today". 

Had 5 bites of off plan food... how about "I had 130 bites of on plan food today"

I didn't exercise today... "It's still today so I don't even know if that's true yet".

Ha ha, I'm a master spinner and I'm here to spin for you.

Mindset is what we'll be focusing on this week on our Group Coaching Calls. 

I also want to remind you of what creates your weight loss. 

Fasting, Insulin stabilising foods, water, sleep, stress, portion caution and movement. 

And we improve our focus on each of these bit by bit as we practice the 4 steps:
1. Know what you want
2. Set a plan
3. Show up to your plan
4. Build confidence

We don't master each of them on day 1. We practice.

Bit by bit, we practice and we make progress. Not linear progress, we make crazy up and down progress. 

Embrace the crazy, have fun with it, become your own best friend and let's enjoy the life we're creating for ourselves.

You Time: Private time dedicated just to you, a time where we prioritise and work on what's important to you and your goals and help you overcome what's getting in your way of achieving them.

Privacy: Some things might feel too personal to share in a group setting and working through them is what you feel called to do. Our private sessions allow you to bring up any event, circumstance or any topic you want to get coached on, it's a safe space to work through anything you feel is holding you back from shining bright.

Make yourself proud: You might feel in a rut not making any progress and you’re ready to step up and make yourself proud. Private coaching can help you set bigger goals that you are willing to strive for and can help keep you focused on getting there.
