Happy Monday Tribies, 

How are you doing? 

Last week on Call #2 we decided to start a focus this month on meal ideas and inspiration so I'm kicking it off with my lunch today. e

I made an Egg Almond Flatbread and topped it with red cabbage, tomato, ham, egg and BBQ sauce. 

 It was super delicious and came in at 308 calories. I had a protein shake a couple of hours before this meal so it was enough for me. Perhaps on it's own I'd have 2 of these or add more filling foods to it, another egg or salad on the side. 

I've saved the recipe here for you and I'll be adding more to this new database too.

Update on my progress:

Since I started using the Carbon AI Coach app I've been weighing and logging my food, recalibrating my 'eyeballing' method to be more accurate. It's been an interesting experience and I'm looking forward to continue to track. 

My calories and macros didn't change this week as I didn't meet my targets last week due to Easter. I did however lose 150g (not much but something) in the week that included Easter so I'm pretty happy with that. 

I think I'm getting leaner, I feel SO MUCH STRONGER and generally better all around. I feel a sense of pride in my strength and care I've been taking. I don't feel any guilt when I eat over my targets or off plan, and my energy levels are more stable. 

I've noticed some Tribies start to focus on protein and calories too and I'm excited to hear more of how you're going and feeling. 

For those who haven't weighed food and tracked it for sometime, I encourage you to give it a go. You might be surprised or just reinforce yourself that you're on track. 

I love data and believe it's essential in our success (along with our thoughts and feelings of course).

This week on our coaching calls we'll be troubleshooting. Coaching on any area you feel you need support with. 

In our group we'll be sharing meals, recipes and ideas so post away my friends. 

 

Daylight Savings Time Changes:

We've ended our daylight savings down here so there'll be a call time change for all calls. 
I'm aware that Call #1 becomes later for our friends up north and I've considered changing this each year. I keep coming back to 'it's winter here and I don't think I can commit to a 5am wake up to start the call at 5.30am each week'. I'm open to suggestions for other days/times too if you have any.

Here's this weeks call times: 

Call #1
Sydney: Tuesday 6am
London: Monday 9pm
New York: Monday 4pm 

Call #2
Sydney: Tuesday 8.30pm
London: Tuesday 11.30am
New York: Tuesday 6.30am

Private Coaching:

Do you ever feel like you're going around in circles not making progress? 

We've all felt that way. 

Or do you think there's a big personal obstacle that is holding you back?

I offer private coaching for any Tribie who feels like they need extra support and for whatever reason can't achieve the support on Group Coaching calls. 

Here's some of the reasons Tribies have booked Private Coaching sessions with me:

- Had been a Tribie for a year and lost weight, kept it off but felt like they had plateaued and needed a kickstart. This client booked regular weekly 25 minute sessions.

- Prima who schedules a session to dive deep on obstacles anytime she feels she needs it. This Prima has been a private client for a number of years and books in her sessions randomly whenever needed. 

- New Tribie who wanted one on one support along her journey. We started with 8 weekly 50 minute sessions and now do weekly 25 minute sessions. 

- A Tribie who is steady with her weight loss and wanted life coaching. We meet weekly for 25 minute sessions. 

- A Tribie who had a significant negative event in their life and wanted support. We met weekly for 50 minute sessions for 4 weeks and then switched to fortnightly 25 minute sessions ongoing. 

- So many other reasons such as Parenting, work challenges, relationship challenges, help with planning etc.

As you can see, there's many different reasons and ways to use Private Coaching. 

I offer blocks of 4 sessions at a time that can be used any way to suit you.
