What kind of impact do you think 'stopping binge eating, emotional eating and overeating' would have on your life? 

What do you think it would create for you? 

Over the past week while I've been resting I've been thinking about the biggest changes for me that have made 5 years maintenance of a 20kg weight loss possible for me. 

I've also been thinking about the Prima's who are celebrating their Prima-versaries, 2 years, 3 years and 4 years, and what has made it possible for them too. 

What were our biggest changes?

What were the things we learnt?

Obviously it was our mindset but what were the greatest changes in our behaviours that created our weight loss and maintenance? 

It was learning to reduce binge eating, overeating and emotional eating until we got to the point of being unable to remember when the last time we did any of them.

What do you think about that? 

What do you think would be possible for you if you were able to not (or reduce) binge eat, overeat or emotionally eat? 

This is what I want to really concentrate on with you over the coming months. 

You know how to plan. 

You know what foods feel good in your body. 

Let's do the work that will have you living a different way, breaking free of yo-yo cycles and creating a sense of calm and freedom around food.
