What a big week we've had with 2 weekend warriors and a Fast 5 Challenge.

I know in our program there's many women at many different phases of your journey's.

You don't have to be on track to get coached.
You don't have to be facing a big challenge to get coached.

In the past, Private Coaching sessions with me were only available to those who sought me out directly, and were very limited in availability.
I've come to realise how much I genuinely enjoy these one-on-one sessions and the profound progress that can be made together.
I’ve also received a lot of feedback in the recent members survey with the Fast Mama Program that many women are seeking a private setting to get coached.
To prioritise what I love and ensure I can dedicate more time to private coaching, I've restructured my schedule and made it more accessible for everyone.
I'm excited to announce new Private Coaching session options as follows:
