A note from Lindell:

It's all mindset!

We know the 4 Basics of Weight Loss, the key contributors to weight loss (and weight gain):
1. What you eat 
2. When you eat 
3. How much you eat
4. Other: Water, Sleep, Stress, Movement

What each of these looks like for each person is different as each body requires a different amount of calories, protein, fat, carbs, movement, sleep, oxygen, rest.... 

And each person has a different lifestyle and tastebuds too. 

There's no secret formula or magic potion. 

Just the 4 Basics we do using the 4 Steps of Practice.

1. Know what you want
2. Set a plan
3. Show up to your plan
4. Build Confidence

That's what we do here in Fast Mama. We use the 4 Steps of Practice to do the 4 Basics that create weight loss for us. 

So why does it feel so hard or even impossible sometimes?

Because of mindset. 

The thoughts and beliefs we are having/using:

- I've got to do this forever
- I can't maintain this
- I'll do this until I go on holidays
- I can't have food I love
- I'm missing out
- I'll just have this today and I'll start again tomorrow or be good from tomorrow
- I'm too stressed to think about eating well 
- 'on plan' makes me cringe
- I'm not allowed that
- I've undone all of last weeks hard work
- It's just too hard
- I couldn't be bothered
- I'm addicted to sugar
- I'm so weak 
- I'll do it when I feel motivated
- motivation will arrive at some point then I'll be all good
- I've got too many social events coming up
- Life's too short
- I just love food too much
- and so many other thoughts too...

We've all had some (if not all) of these thoughts at some point. 

And that's ok. 

It's believing these thoughts and letting them continue to be there, letting our brains keep thinking them that creates weight gain or living life at a weight higher than we want to be. 

When we follow our plans and see results it's not luck. It's a mindset that has us setting a plan and showing up to it. 

Motivation doesn't suddenly hit us and have us show up to plan. 

We change thoughts and then show up to our plan. 

We train our brain.

It could be:
- connecting to what you want, really seeing it and believing it "I know what I want" 
- realising that "life really is short and will be shorter if I don't put in effort to look after myself today"
- "delicious foods make me feel great in my body"
- "when I move my body I feel more energised"
- "I'm learning to love myself a little bit more each day"
- "I can feel stressed and not put a food band aid on it"
- "I've planned this exception, I'll enjoy it and return to my base plan"
- "I ate off plan, I'm human, I will have moments when I'm not perfect and I can get back on plan at 5pm in the afternoon"
- "I am equally as valuable as the others in my family, I can get the good steak, cook food I like and serve myself what I want and enjoy"
- "pausing and breathing is valuable to me, resting is not a waste of time" 
- "it's ok for me to put in effort, in fact I can gift myself effort towards the life I want to live"

Your results are created with your mind. 

Your thoughts create your results.

It's all mindset! 

Do you see that it is?

Let's spend this next month (and beyond) training our brains to think ourselves forward to our goals.

Starting with 2 great days! 

Monday and Tuesday or Tuesday and Wednesday (or any other 2 days). 

Here's some thoughts you can practice about this:

- 2 Great days is all it takes for me to feel amazing
- 2 great days, not 2 perfect days
- My hunger levels balance out after just 2 great days and it feels easy again to follow my plan. 
- I can't wait to feel amazing again. 
- Boom shacka lacka boom, let's go for 2 great days!

Private Coaching:

Do you ever feel like you're going around in circles not making progress? 

We've all felt that way. 

Or do you think there's a big personal obstacle that is holding you back?

I offer private coaching for any Tribie who feels like they need extra support and for whatever reason can't achieve the support on Group Coaching calls. 

Here's some of the reasons Tribies have booked Private Coaching sessions with me:

- Had been a Tribie for a year and lost weight, kept it off but felt like they had plateaued and needed a kickstart. This client booked regular weekly 25 minute sessions.

- Prima who schedules a session to dive deep on obstacles anytime she feels she needs it. This Prima has been a private client for a number of years and books in her sessions randomly whenever needed. 

- New Tribie who wanted one on one support along her journey. We started with 8 weekly 50 minute sessions and now do weekly 25 minute sessions. 

- A Tribie who is steady with her weight loss and wanted life coaching. We meet weekly for 25 minute sessions. 

- A Tribie who had a significant negative event in their life and wanted support. We met weekly for 50 minute sessions for 4 weeks and then switched to fortnightly 25 minute sessions ongoing. 

- So many other reasons such as Parenting, work challenges, relationship challenges, help with planning etc.

As you can see, there's many different reasons and ways to use Private Coaching. 

I offer blocks of 4 sessions at a time that can be used any way to suit you.
