Happy Monday Tribies!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you.
Over the past few weeks we've been 'Practicing' as we progress towards (includes non-scale progress) our January 5th goals.
What I've been witnessing in the Tribe through coaching, check ins and general posts, is some of the greatest progress I've seen in such a short period of time.
There's been so many 'light bulb' 'somethings clicked' moments that have created complete changes in perspective and thinking.
This is how it's done Tribies, this is how you make progress on and off the scales, this is how you get to Prima and live the life you want to live.

Cat achieved Prima about a month ago, she shares in her interview the truth of her journey and how she now believes it all happened the best way for her (even though she didn't always believe that along the way).

Please don't compare yourself to anyone else other than a version of you that you've already been.
Don't even compare yourself to where you think you should be. It's never fair or helpful.
Always look at where you started and where you are today.
