Happy Monday Tribies! And happy final check in for the 28 Day Boost 🥳💃!

Are you the version of yourself you planned to be on this final check in? 

Have you surprised yourself? 

Did you overcome obstacles you never thought you could? 

Did you fall down and get back up much faster than you usually would? 

Or was your change so gradual you barely noticed except your final evaluation prompted you to highlight those tiny changes that add up to massive progress over time? 

If you thrived through the 28 Day Boost - A massive congratulations to you. Well done on using the tools, following the process and making progress. Well done on intentionally creating who you are today. A massive well done. 

If you did well during the 28 Day Boost but feel like you could have done better - First of all kudos for starting. Kudos for stepping up and making progress. What if the progress you've made over the 28 days is the perfect progress for you and that if you went any better or faster it wouldn't be as beneficial for you? That could be possible. This past 28 Day Boost and where you are today was perfect for you. Keep your journey going. 

If you feel like you didn't do well (especially if you think you should give up now) - listen up! Pause for a minute and breath. Sit with yourself, breath and consider the question "What do I truly want? Who do I want to be?" If you decide any form of "I want... to be different, to do different..." then you're in the right place and you can still succeed in the Fast Mama Tribe (look around you at all the incredible women here in the Tribe. You're not alone, you're not different, you're not broken or worthless). 

The 6 step process works and it can be easy. If you feel like it's SUPER hard and near impossible you need coaching and I can help you. 
We can create the mindset that "following the 6 step process is simpler than I thought and fun too".

We can get you believing that. 

Come get coached, show up for check ins, use the planner, reach out, practice and lose weight. 

No matter how your 28 Day Boost went I've got great news for everyone, this week we're evaluating where you are (no matter how your 28 days went), we'll celebrate and then we'll continue practicing to live the life we want to live. We'll also be revisiting your why over the next week as Step 1 - Know what I want. Then I've got 31 days of support lined up for you through March so you become (or continue being) the version of you who you want to be). You'll feel like you're well on your way to your 2023 Goals and you'll be striving to continue your health journey. 

Let's keep the life changing progress happening.

Tribie Spotlights: 

Joanne Heeps:

Today I want to highlight Jo Jo Heeps. 

Jo is an original founding member of the Fast Mama Tribe. She joined back in July of 2019 and reached Prima some time over the following year or two and had been on her maintenance journey since. 

Jo's journey hasn't been all rainbows and daisies. It's had many ups and downs along the way. 

The reason I want to celebrate Jo today and shine the Tribe Spotlight on her is for her resilience. 
Jo, you've never given up on yourself. Even in moments you think you gave up and decided to try something new you still didn't give up on yourself.  

I LOVE your new found drive for life and living it how you want to live it. You show up every day for yourself and continue to strive and thrive. 

Thank you for being you. For being the inspiring woman you are. You keep getting up, you keep stepping forward and you keep making progress. 

You are one incredible woman.

Buddies:

 

A BUDDY IS SOMEONE YOU SHARE YOUR JOURNEY.

**This is one of the best gifts you can give yourself.**

Someone who understands you, who holds you accountable, who checks in on you if you've been missing in action, and who you can share wins and falls with.

They know what you're going through, because they are too, no matter what weight each of you are at, the challenges are similar.

I've had a number of accountability buddies over my journey. Some at the same time, some every other month. I've found the switch in buddies has helped me keep motivated.

If you want to switch it up you can, if you want to keep your current buddy you can do that too.

Here in the Fast Mama Tribe it’s not personal if you want to explore. It can be motivating switching it up.

Find a partner that works for you. Try on different buddies, maybe a new buddy each month will motivate you most.

Like a good pair of jeans, find what fits you best.
