Happy Monday Tribie,

And happy 28 Day Completion day 🥳 Remember to mark this completion day with a final check in (use the standard Monday Check In so we can have them all in the one place).

The 28 Day Boosts go super quick, and yet at the same time they can seem to go on and on. 

I love having a set time, with a beginning and end to measure progress for. 

Get out your 28 Day Planner and complete the Final Snapshot. Collect information on where you are today and only compare it to where you started the 28 Days. 

Even if you feel like you haven't done well and its not worth doing an evaluation... still do one! It will be even more valuable for you to do one.

This weekend I was in my garden working. I've been working in it since I moved in in May. My husband and I have been clearing and replanting things whenever the weather allows us. We've even been doing it when the weather is horrible. Saturday I was out in pouring rain getting my veggie garden set up. 

Yesterday afternoon I was tired, sitting down having a cup of tea looking across the garden and thought "I want to clear and tidy that bit up". Then I thought "I'm so tired, I should rest and get it done next weekend". Then "I'll do a little bit of it, get a small bit done and do the rest next weekend". 

I ended up clearing a whole heap. And my husband came out and suggested we move a big fern tree we've been talking about moving. 
In the end I did a whole lot more than expected and I felt so good about it. 

I've been reflecting on what makes us get out there in any weather and get this work done? 
Why are we driven to get this done?

It's a massive job. It won't happen overnight. It requires a lot of work. Hard work. Discomfort (we've had muscle pain since May with all the work we've been doing). 

Why are we so driven?!?!

Then I heard myself say a sentence I've been saying since we moved in...

"It'll be SO good once it's finished!"

And I heard myself say it again. 

I realised I say this sentence over and over in my head and out loud to my husband. I say it at least 20 times a day. 

I also say "It already looks so good! I love our house so much AND I'm so excited to see the garden done". 

We are enjoying our home, loving it and living presently in it, AND dreaming and working towards another version of it. 

It reminds me of my journey to goal weight. 

Every single day I thought about myself at goal weight. How proud I'll feel, what clothes I'd wear, how much energy and movement I'd have. 

I thought a lot about where I was going. 

AND I loved where I was at. Enjoying being in the moment, acknowledging what I had already achieved. 

I knew every day would be a step closer to my goal. 

Make a note of this for yourself. Remind yourself daily of what you want. What's the goal you're working towards and how will you feel when you get there. 

It can be your Prima goal or your next mini goal. Think of a goal and embody it until you become it. 

Remind yourself over and over of your goal each day, multiple times. 

And when you forget to, no worries, just start doing it again when you realise you've not been doing it. 

That's like everything, practice practice practice, forget, remember and keep practicing. 

Our garden is a way off but we're getting there, bit by bit.

Share how your day went,

Share if you think you're in a Hight Weight Cycle or Low Weight Cycle

And what the main 2 thoughts you used during the day were.

Example:

Morning Check In:

I've got my plan set for today. 15 hour fast, zucchini and eggs for breakfast, yoghurt and berries for lunch, Butter chicken and veggies for dinner. 2 coffees. 2 cups of tea. Water. 8 hours sleep. 40 minute movement.

Weight =

I'm practicing the thoughts "I've got this" "I can do this" and "this is how I want to live".

 

Evening Check In:

Good day today. Stuck to plan 90%. Had some nuts on my yoghurt.

I think I'm in a Low Weight Cycle, I feel ease.

Thoughts that helped me today and which I think have created my low weight cycle are: "I want to feel amazing" "It's 5 days" "I've set my plan and I'm practicing being someone who shows up to their plan".

 

That's it. Focus on 2 check ins a day. Do the 3 steps for each check in and you will have a week of progress.

Tribie Spotlight: Christine Titmuss

Today it's an honour to celebrate Christine Titmuss who had completed 2 years at Prima.

"Well two years ago today I reached prima. I have not managed to get to the same weight recently but almost!!
I am 5lbs heavier and know I will get back there eventually. I have had several holidays and off plan days recently and about to have another  holiday from tomorrow for a week. I am determined to get back there before Christmas and enjoy that feeling I did two years ago when I had my prima interview with Lindell Pereira. I CAN Do it !!"


Congratulations Christine! Congratulations and celebrations on all the moments over the past 2+ years. 
From making the commitment to yourself to get to Prima. Not giving up. Continuing to show up for yourself. Getting back up. Remembering why and what you want. Getting back up again. Practicing, forgetting to practice, remembering and practicing some more.  Your journey has been yours. It's been the perfect journey for you. It's such an honour to witness your progress (not only on the scales). The woman you are today! Amazing, incredible YOU!
