Lindell's 30 Days of Practice - Final Check In

It's Day 31.
I've completed 30 full days of Practice.

I'm feeling so thankful, grateful to myself. Feeling that more than proud.
Just so thankful to my past self who committed to the 30 days of practice.

All up my practice has been human. It's how I want to live.
I believe as I practice it will improve bit by bit. The consistency of practice and the small improvements on the way are what become the normal for me.
So my current normal from the past 30 days is the perfect normal for me right now.
I wonder what my next 'normal' will be as I continue to practice and improve.

I feel confident in the 6 step process, in the fact that any problem that arises is a thought error and just needs coaching. All actions start in the thought line so all actions can be improved and changed in the thought line.

Weight: A total of 9.7lbs / 4.4kg.

Honestly after yesterdays eating I am slightly surprised.
At the same time, the hunger scale stopped me from getting to a 10 and eating all the things so perhaps it wasn't as bad as my brain said it was.

Regardless of the last 24 hours and my thoughts about them, my weight loss over the past 30 days is honestly a bonus.
Yes I wanted some weight loss, but I didn't expect a certain amount.
I did set a goal at some point and I missed the goal by 200g.
My thoughts about that... SO WHAT!
I'll hit that goal sometime this week.
Then onto my January 5th goal. I'm 1.6kg / 3.5lbs away from my January 5th goal.

I've got to go for my client calls now but I'll come back to add more reflections.

I also want to keep this journal going. Keep my practice going so I'll quickly add my plan here for the day.

3 coffees (I had early calls)
2 cups of dandelion tea.
Zucchini and eggs for lunch (with ham because we have some that needs eating)
Dinner: I can't remember what we put on our family plan but I think it's something like meat and veg or salad (that's if the boys and I don't catch anything fishing this afternoon).
1 piece of chocolate after dinner.
If we make shortbread today I'll have 2 biscuits. Then I can add 1 biscuit to the plan each day if I want.

Gosh, it's next morning.
Around 11am I felt like I was hit with something. Like a virus. My neck went stiff and sore and I felt off.
I spent the day on the lounge watching Home Alone 1 and 2 with my boys and snoozing. I shuffled to the kitchen to prepare dinner while my husband was out fishing with them.
Then I went to bed at 8pm.
Dinner was Aloo and Onion Parathas (not a food I had planned) and salad.

I've woken still with a very sore neck but feeling a bit better otherwise.

Thoughts are: I seriously need to start doing yoga and stretching.
I need more balanced movement in my life. I sit, walk around and garden.
I need to move my body in other ways that I haven't been. This sore neck is the 2nd time I've had it recently. And it's not fun at all.
