Lindell's 30 Day's Of Practice - Day30/30

Day 30 🥳💃🙌 I'm here! I made it. 
I'm feeling SO proud of myself AND so confident that I'm living my life exactly how I want to. 
Using the 6 Step Process and all the tools of the Tribe I have lost 4kg / 8.8lbs in the last 30 days (29 really because today is day 30). 

There's no finish line, I'm going to keep going because this is exactly how I want to live. 

I've had moments off plan, eating all the things, I've had amazing base plan days, and I've had a couple of accidental 'fast days' when I didn't get to my lunch until late in the afternoon. 

All up I have a knowing and confidence that I can and will maintain. 
I trust the 6 Step process and believe in it so much. It's all we need to live the life of our dreams. 

Took the kids out shopping today and to get the youngest a santa photo. He hasn't had one since he was a baby and wanted one (I felt like a bad mum not having taken him earlier).
It was such a special moment and he's stoked that he had the REAL Santa in his photo not even Santa's helper. 
After that we went to Ikea. What a day. 
I totally thought I'd set my plan here this morning and I thought it was protein and salad for lunch, 
Yoghurt and mango with coconut
Protein and salad for dinner.
2 Coffees, 2 teas and a chocolate after dinner. 

I had salmon and beans at Ikea. 
I'm eating yoghurt and mango with coconut now. 
And I've sat down to confirm I stuck to my plan but alas... I have no plan ha ha. 
This is a great example of the value of planning daily and having a base plan. 
On days where I miss a step I actually catch myself by default. So cool.

Ok so I had 2 handfuls of nuts that weren't on my plan. 
Around 4pm I had a big bowl of mango, yoghurt and coconut (that's when I remembered my 5 nut rule I had given myself and started on the nuts). 
I didn't look at the time because I usually eat dinner around 5.30pm. 
By the time dinner was ready I was already at a +3 and ate to a +6. 
I had a small piece of lasagna and salad. 

Then I had some cake. A small piece. It wasn't on my plan. 

I think the thought 'it's the end of the 30 days' and 'no one will know if my weight goes up tomorrow' was part of my thinking. 
All up I didn't go too crazy but I certainly felt full in the evening.
