Lindell's 30 Day's Of Practice - Day 20/30

Day 20 💃🥳💃🥳

I'm sitting on the kitchen bench drinking coffee and cooking paneer onion parathas for the family for breakfast. They smell delicious and I'm really enjoying the smell and I won't have one. 

Collecting info on my very strong LWC mindset it's really not just one thought but a collection of thoughts. 

Thoughts about:

Doing this forever

Weight

Why

How I feel

Not having many starchy carbs

Missing out

My worth

My weight

How much I love myself

Eating off plan

What's good and bad

Self judgement 

 When I get a chance I'll come back and fill these in. What exactly are my thoughts right now in this LWC. 

Today I need a plan. First, I'm going to stop typing this on my phone and go to my desk. My hands get so sore from all the typing I do on my phone. 

Gosh, 2 hours later my house is clean, my washing is hung and the 2nd load in. I had to do it all to get to my desk ha ha. SO glad it's done. 

So plan for today: 
Lunch - protein and salad. 
Dinner - Indian meal. It's a big party that's catered so I'll have everything I want, just eat to a +5 on the hunger scale. There's entrees (all the finger food) mains (curries and rice usually with a side of salad I hope. Then I can add more salad and have a side of the main) and dessert (depending what this is I might skip it. I don't LOVE the Indian desserts but I eat them anyway. I'll only eat them if I LOVE what's being served). 
2 coffees and 2 cups of tea. Actually, I'll add a 3rd coffee because the party is on the other side of Sydney and I have to drive because my husband has to drive his parents. It starts at 7pm and will go til about 11pm I think (so glad the hall has a closing time or it would go on til early hours of the morning). We all stay to clean up so won't get home until about midnight. So I'll probably want a coffee for the long late drive home. 

I don't have alcohol on my plan. I might add 1 drink but not sure if I'll have it. 
I won't drink at the party because it's a bit of a stressful time being 'ON' and I prefer to drink relaxed. 
Anyway, the drink is on the plan if I want it. 

Off to organise the garage with my husband and then the carport and then the playroom. Now the offices are done we're finally able to get the house organised as we like it (and had it at the last place, everything in it's place). Can't wait. 
We've got a few trees being removed on Monday and then we can level the yards ready for grass (the grass will happen after Christmas). No idea why I'm sharing that ha ha. 

Ready for an amazing day (have to say that or I'll be tired already thinking about it). 

Let's go!

Lunch was great. Salad and 2 eggs. 

Went to a party with all the party food and I had nothing. Didn't even feel tempted. 

Got out to the Indian party by 7pm and had entrees and main...and dessert. 

I ate to about a +6. 

Left early around 11pm 😴 so tired. 

Will reflect tomorrow. I'm off to bed.
