Dorothy’s Mushroom Soup

Dorothy’s Mushroom Soup 

Ingredients:
• 2 pats of butter
• 1 container of mushrooms sliced
• 1 large onion chopped
• Clove of garlic
• Salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme
• 3 cups Chicken broth
• ½ cup Milk or Plant milk

Method:
Sauté mushrooms on medium heat and cook well in butter. DO NOT SALT at this time as this will cause moisture.
Add onions and garlic and cook until soft.
Add seasoning and mix in well.
Add broth and bring to a boil.
Use immersion blender or blender to make smooth.
Add milk and cook till just hot but do not boil.
