Happy Monday Tribies!

WOW what a week! 

SO many of you made the decision to have a great week, set yourself a plan, showed up, fell down, got back up again and made yourself proud. 

So many of you fell and got back up.

So many of you reached out for help this past week. 

You were amazing.

Remember this month is all about doing hard things. 

Taking the road that will lead us to realise our goals.

I remembered this week that when I was on my weight loss journey I had a moment when I realised that when I was "hungry" I was looking for yummy food. 
If I was hungry during my meal or just after my meal and I allowed myself to have 'more dinner' the part I had more of was the yummy part. The meat or the fatty bit. I never really went back for more salad. 
And so I decided to spend a week focused on vegetables. 
If I got hungry I could have a massive bowl of broccoli (with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and salt) or a large salad. 

This one switch really helped me. It calmed me down, made me feel less scarce and restricted and more abundant and able to eat as much as I wanted. 

So this week I want you to write down 3 ideas of things you can eat if you are hungry. Things that won't throw your hormones or your focus off. 

Then remind yourself all week "If I'm hungry I can eat _____". 

I really think this will make a difference for you. Let's give it a try.

Tribie Spotlight:

Tribies, today we spotlight so many amazing Tribies who showed up for themselves this past week. A MASSIVE congratulations and well done to each of you!

The ONLY thing these women have in common is their mindset, their decision to get back on plan no matter what.

They weren't perfect. They each just made the decision to carry on no matter what. 

They are no different to you. They don't have any advantage over you.

Remember the only way you will get to goal weight and stay there is following the process:

Decide what you want (and own it)
Set a plan
Train your Brain
Allow your feelings
Show up to your plan
Evaluate and celebrate

You might think these Tribies have a secret that you missed. 
They don't. 
They just follow the process. 
They get back to the process when they fall. 
They carry on.
