I've lived most of my adult life overweight.
When I welcomed in 2019 I was 85.2kg/188lbs (I'm 158cm/5ft2).
I was always tired, uncomfortable... and thinking about what I was going to eat.
I tried to lose weight, all the time. In the year before I'd tried at least 3 times (probably more, those 3 times are the only ones I logged in myfitnesspal).
Then my mother-in-law mentioned she'd heard about a new diet called The Fast800 Diet. That night I downloaded the book and started reading. I finished reading the book the following day and then Sunday 13th January I started... and I haven't looked back.
I got to my goal weight of 59.9kg/132lbs on day 277.
I've learnt a lot over the last year and I've been sharing everything I know on Facebook, instagram and YouTube.
Today, I coach a wonderful (Fast Mama) Tribe of over 180 women on their journey to goal weight. This is my passion, this is what I'm here to do.
I've walked the path, I've walked parts of the path a few times over.
My weight loss experience combined with my corporate 'Performance and Development Coaching' experience, I believe, provides me with all the tools to help any woman achieve their goal weight and live their life at that weight.
I've set myself the goal in 2020 of helping 1000 women achieve their goal weight.
