Not that long ago I was like most busy mama’s, I wasn’t happy with my weight.

I was always tired, uncomfortable… and thinking about what I was going to eat.

I tried to lose weight alllllllllllll the time.  Actually, every year I would set myself the goal to lose weight, but every year I would fail at that (at least 3 times!).

Work, kids and just life in general always got in the way and it all just seemed too hard to follow complicated diets or do intense workouts.

That was until my eyes were opened to The Fast 800 Diet.  It all made complete sense to me, so I followed it (adding my own tweaks along the way) and it worked!

I managed to drop from 85.2kg/188lbs to my goal weight of 59.9kg/132lbs (I'm 158cm/5ft2) in just 277 days.

During my transformation I documented my weight loss journey on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.  I learnt that weight loss wasn’t just about food and fitness but was also about focus and friends.

I kept a positive focus and made so many virtual friends throughout my journey and then all of a sudden, my newfound friends started to ask me for my help on their weight loss journey. 

They didn’t just want a book, they wanted someone who had walked in their shoes before, figured out what works and what doesn’t and help them create a plan to achieve their goal weight and actually stick with it.

That’s when I realized I was perfectly equipped to help other women achieve their weight loss goal. Not only had I studied, tried and tested just about every diet in existence to know what works and what doesn’t, but in the corporate world I was a Performance and Development Coach.  Combining my weight loss tools, knowledge and experience with my coaching skills was the perfect combination.

Since then I have grown my online community to nearly 40,000 people, I have had over 10,000 people download my recipe book, I have had over 5,000 people do one of my challenges and I have coached over 500 people inside my private community (Fast Mama Tribe).

I am so grateful that I have found my passion.  I truly believe that this is what I was put on earth to do.  My mission is to help women achieve their goal weight and live their life to the fullest at that weight.  I can’t wait to help you!
