Use the Planner, plan your meals out and know what you're going to be eating for the 5 days. Use the weekend to get ready, prepare some meals or just fill the fridge with the right foods.
3: GO!!!
Get started on Monday 23rd March. Commit, show up and build your confidence.

4: Be Accountable - Check In
Check in each day either on Instagram or Facebook. Look out for the daily check in posts.
5: Get Answers and Have Fun
